About the speakers:

Bill Cullen
Bill Cullen is well known as the chairman of Glencullen; as a successful author and also more recently as the hard hitting boss in TV3’s ‘The Apprentice’ He is much sought after as a motivational speaker in the areas of sales and business processes.  He will be addressing the subjects of ‘How to survive and thrive in a recession’ and ‘Sales in the Hospitality/Weddings Industry’.

Gavin Duffy
Gavin is well known as one of the Dragons on RTE's ‘Dragon’s Den’ and is the Managing Director of Mediatraining.ie which specialises in helping individuals and businesses proactively manage the media, including online, print, radio and television. Gavin is an investor in a diverse range of businesses including Hen-Party.ie. 

Gavin will be chairman for the day and will also be speaking on the subject of ‘How to build a successful weddings business’ 
Gareth Dunlop
Gareth is the newly appointed CEO of ION online Marketing, Ireland’s leading online Marketing agency.  For the last 10 years he has been Managing Director of Tibus Ltd, an all Ireland web development and hosting agency, he writes and lectures extensively on internet related matters. He is also a director of the Irish Internet Association. 

Gareth will be speaking on:  ‘The empowered and knowledgeable customer – how the internet has changed the dynamics of our customer relationships.’
Niall McKeown
Niall is the Chairman of Ion Internet Marketing; he is one of the foremost thought leaders in his expertise of online marketing and is a regular speaker on the subject. He consults for a number of media businesses helping them transition towards the new online world.

Niall will be speaking on the subject of ‘How your online reputation affects your sales and what you can do to improve it’ 
Ian Dodson Jnr
Ian is the CEO of WebKitchen.ie and a lecturer in the Digital Marketing Institute; he is also a co-founder of WeddingsOnline.ie. Ian has a vast knowledge of internet strategy in general and also of the weddings industry in Ireland. 

Ian will be addressing the subject of ‘"Money, Technology and Time: The Challenges of Effectively Using the Web in Business.’ This will assess internet marketing from the small and medium business owners’ perspective to see what can be done practically in view of the huge range of possibilities and also of financial constraints.

Ken Fitzpatrick
Ken was appointed CEO of Weddingsonline.ie in November this year, prior to that he was Group Chief Executive of Saongroup.com and was centrally involved in spearheading the international development of the group. During his tenure the business completed 9 acquisitions, 5 start-ups and entered 7 new markets. The business grew over 150% during this time and had over 1,000 staff.
